Our USDA harvest and butchery are both ready to book.... on-ranch harvest, state-of-the-art DRY-AGING and craft butchers with the best packaging and custom labels.
Booking through 2024 for beef (sorry at this time no hogs, sheep or wild game).
$1.75-1.95 on the hanging weight for custom work, all inclusive (no extra charges for single packages, grind, etc) plus harvest fee.
Run by ranchers - for ranchers. Our processing will be of the utmost quality with care and attention for every cut, geared towards ranchers selling their premium meats directly to their consumers.
